Features:
Bypass/Mic - Switches the mic on or off whatever the threshold setting.

昨天英国和欧元区公布利率决议。虽然都符合市场预期，但是欧央行行长特里谢表示有必要的话会无限制的增加市场流动性。此言论打压欧元走势，今天凌晨美联储主席伯南克发表讲话，表示美国经济遭遇的情况史无前例，美联储有责任采取措施推动经济发展，奥巴马日内公布了4470亿美元的支出和减税方案，并敦促国会尽快通过该方案来提振美国经济。奥巴马表示，美国政府必须对民众负责，他将不惜一切推动该就业计划。4470亿美元的数字要高于之前市场传言的3000亿美元。
今明两天召开G7财长和央行行长会议，另外关注德国、意大利以及英国的常规经济数据。
技术分析，美元昨天上涨突破76位置，最高报价76.31。之后回踩76位置企稳，有望进一步上行。

欧元昨天由于特里谢言论向下突破1.4030位置，之后美联储主席伯南克讲话再次导致避险情绪主导市场，欧元一路领跌，最低报价1.3870位置，已经接近之前提到的1.3840，注意保护盈利。

市场之前有部分投资者对于英国央行资产购买规模有不一样看法，昨天最终公布数据维持不变，促使英镑向上运行，最高报价1.6080位置。之后由于市场情绪急转，再次回落到1.6000下方，今天以盘整对待英镑，区间1.5920—1.600。

今晨奥巴马公布就业刺激计划后，在亚洲盘时段并没能有所体现，美元兑日元后市有望借此消息展开新一轮上抓上涨，这样也就迎合了之前技术分析所说的日元突破走势的成立。

昨天美元兑瑞郎虽有所上涨，但是后市操作风险依然较大，不建议操作美元兑瑞郎。
昨天市场情绪有所好转，澳大利亚第二季度GDP数据向好，德国宪法法院裁定首轮希腊救助方案合法，甚至有传言奥巴马将宣布3000亿美元的就业刺激计划，众多利好消息稳定市场情绪。美元从76高位回落，最低报价75.26。最终收盘在75.40附近。
今天将迎来英国和欧元区利率决议。北京时间明天凌晨1:00美联储主席伯南克将发表讲话。奥巴马也讲针对就业市场发表讲话。
技术分析，上方76.10位置为美元底部矩形整理上限，预计美元会再次冲击次高点。

欧元昨天在德国宪法法院裁定首轮希腊救助方案及EFSF救助贷款合法的消息公布后冲高回落，整体在1.4030—1.4100区间盘整，今天继续关注盘整区间，静待有效突破后操作。

英镑昨天早些时候最高反弹到1.6035附近，之后再次下探1.5920位置，走势反复，上方高点走低，日内在1.6位置可做空英镑，有望一举突破1.5920位置。

澳元昨天受自身数据利好上涨，最高报价1.0660位置，今天公布的澳大利亚就业数据差于预期，在次打压澳元字高点快速回落。继续以盘整思路对待，今明两天来自欧美的消息有望为澳元后市指引方向。
武新刚2011-9-8日元建议观望
日本财务大臣安住淳周三暗示，他认为日元估值依然过高；但表示日本不会效仿瑞士央行为瑞士法郎设置上限的做法。安住淳称，目前日本正因日元走强而面临困难局面；日本政府正关注市场动态，其中包括投机者的动向。若要限制汇率水准，就需政府进行大规模干预，这可能会加重日本的债务负担，而这正是日本政府需要避免的问题。
但是美元兑日元技术分析为向上突破矩形整理回踩，再加之周二因为瑞士央行的强势干预，美元兑日元大幅上涨，料难再次剧烈波动，没有好的交易机会，所以建议观望。
